Boat & Cottage Rentals and Rates
At Bala Cove Marina we rent a variety of boats as well as other recreational items. We also offer cottage rental.

Please note our rental terms:
*All rentals charges include use of equipment and liability insurance only. Gas,oil, applicable taxes extra.
*Renter must agree to pay all costs and expenses for repairs and servicing of the equipment required as a result of the renter's use.
*A damage deposit of $3000.00 is required for the Stingray and $1,500.00 for all other boats at the time of rental.
*Reservation fees are required for advanced booking. Usually at 50% of rental charge.
*Reservation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances except for when the requested equipment is unavailable.
*Bala Cove Marina reserves the right to terminate a reservation or a rental agreement if the requested equipment is unavailable without notice.
*Should rental unit experience mechanical failure, Bala Cove Marina reserves the right to substitute or issue rain check for time remaining since failure is reported.
*Renter agrees to the above conditions and understands that rental charges are not refundable and that the rented equiptment is used at the renters own risks. |

Cottage Rental Rate:
This cottage is available for $1,200 the week or $500 for the weekend. References and damage deposit required and returned upon inspection.

Only minutes away from Hwy 35 and 48, this cottage offers the restfulness of a true cottage get away, but all the conveniences of the IGA, Buck & Up discount store, LCBO, Beer Store, hardware store, pharmacy just 5 minutes away in Coboconk. First run movies at the Highland Cinemas, driving ranges, go-carts, an 18 hole course, and Kawartha Diary outlet are all within 20 minutes away.
The cottage has a fully equiped kitchen (no dishwasher), 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, recreation room, and muskoka room. Enjoy the interesting shoreline of Shadow Lake with 5 kayaks, canoe, or the paddle boat. Or just stay on site and have fun with badminton, volleyball, or the screened in trampouline. A fire pit is by the beach for great family sing alongs.
