Who needs a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) in Canada?


Anyone operating a motorized pleasure craft in Canada is required to obtain proof of education from a Transport Canada–approved course

1. Study Online

The course contains 5 chapters. It takes about 3 hours to complete your study!

2. Take The Test

The Test is 1 hour and 15 minutes long! You need a minimum 75% to pass.

3. Pass The Test

Now that you've passed you can start boating right away with your Temporary License!

4. Get Your License

Print your Temporary License and wait for your card in the mail!
